introduction | disperse orange 31, Chinese alias: disperse orange 31;3-(2-(acetoxy) ethyl)(4-((4-nitrophenyl) azo) phenyl) amino) propiononitrile, disperse orange 31 can be used as dye monomer to synthesize other recheck dyes. |
related research | determination of solubility of dispersed orange 30 and dispersed orange 31 in supercritical CO2: supercritical CO2 dyeing technology is a new type of anhydrous dyeing technology, and the solubility of dyes in supercritical CO2 is an important basic data of supercritical CO2 dyeing process. The solubility of two disperse dyes, disperse orange 30 and disperse orange 31, in supercritical CO2 were determined by static circulation method in the pressure range of 16 ~ 28MPa and temperature range of 343.2~383.2K. The solubility ranges of the two are 2.1 × 10-5~7.8 × 10-5 and 1.4 × 10-5~3.7 × 10-5 (molar fraction) respectively, both of which increase with the increase of pressure. From the trend of solubility with temperature, it is inferred that the pressure turning point will appear in the vicinity of 16MPa, while the pressure turning point will not appear in the experimental range of dispersed orange 31. The comparison of the solubility data of the two dyes shows that the introduction of-Cl on the benzene ring can significantly improve the solubility. The solubility experimental data of disperse orange 30 and disperse orange 31 were fitted with Chrastil empirical models, and the average relative deviations were 4.9% and 2.46%, respectively. |
prepare | 250ml flask, put 50g of water into the flask, start stirring, put 10g of p-nitroaniline, put 25kg of 30% industrial hydrochloric acid into the flask, after beating for 2 hours, add ice to cool down to 0 ℃, directly put 5g of 30% sodium solution into the flask at a temperature not exceeding 5 ℃, then keep the temperature at 0-5 ℃ and stir for 1 hour to filter for later use. Add 50g of water, 5g of sulfuric acid, 13g of N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyhydroxyethyl aniline, 0.3g of urea, 0.1g of flat, add ice to cool to about 2 ℃, couple with the above diazo solution, control the coupling temperature at 0-5 ℃, after 3 hours, add 11g of liquid alkali dropwise at about 5 ℃, after adding, after stirring for 1 hour, filter, wash with water until neutral, that is, the product of this structure is dispersed orange 31. |
use | dispersed orange SE-2FL is mainly used for printing and dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics, and red and orange are obtained on pure polyester. Dyed nylon and acrylic are yellow and red, dyed acetate and triacetate are red and orange. for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics |
Production method | Using p-nitroaniline and N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethyl aniline as raw materials, the former is first diazotized, and then coupled with the latter to obtain the product. The finished product is filtered, ground and dried.. |
